Privacy policy
What we collect when you send an enquiry, why we keep it and how to have it removed.
Last updated: this policy is maintained by Kalinga Rajbhog, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you type into the form — your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, event date, guest count, food preference, package, venue or area, and any notes you add, plus the names of any dishes you added to "My menu". We also record the date and time of the enquiry and the page it came from.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a menu and quotation, and contact you about your event. We do not sell, rent or share your details with any third party for marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are saved to a private Google Sheet in our own Google account, which only we can open, and a copy is emailed to our own inbox so we can reply quickly. Google stores this data for us under its own terms and security practices. If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is held in WhatsApp under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies, uses no analytics and does not track you across other websites. Your browser keeps a few things locally, on your device only: the dishes you add to "My menu" (until you clear them) and a draft of the enquiry form while that browser tab is open, so nothing is lost if you switch apps. The draft is removed when you close the tab or send the enquiry. None of this is sent to us until you press "Send my enquiry".
